TANN's technical service team provides a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week call center which will put you in direct contact with one of our service technicians. This is set up to help you troubleshoot issues and get equipment back up and running quickly. Our technicians can help troubleshoot over the phone, set up a site visit, or connect remotely through VPN.
If a site visit is required for the repair our technicians can be osntie within 24 hours. Upon arrival our technican will begin a full diagnostics of the system. Components will be repaired or replaced by our technician to get the system back up and running. We know downtime must be kept to a minimum therefore our technicians will work diligently until the work is completed. After the repairs are completed a full reports will be provided to the customer documenting and changes that were made.
Our troubleshooting over the phone or through VPN is a free service to all customers who have thier equipment serviced by a TANN technician on a yearly basis.
