Overview
TANN is one of the leading manufacturers of RTOs in the world. We also specialize in thermal oxidizer repairs and upgrades for virtually all RTO makes and models. In 2024, TANN provided a full media replacement and media repair on a competitor’s RTO.
System Issues
This customer experienced fouling media in their system along with falling insulation on the RTO ceiling and a failing cold face. These issues caused hot spots on the unit and compromised the structural integrity of the system, causing them to reach out to TANN for help.
Solution
TANN was able to replace the media and the insulation and repair the cold face for the customer with limited down time. This project allowed the customer to remain compliant while also extending the life of their equipment.
